This is a good example of Beach Photography at a Terrenea Wedding. This couple was great, they decided to go to the beach right after the ceremony for photos. We love this image because it's not posed, we like to give a little "direction" instead. It's all about placing our couple in a good location, with a nice background and the light coming from the right direction, very important on a sunny day! As can be seen here, the sun is behind them (their shadows are in front of them) so their faces are not overly lit and squinty. The background is recognizable, but not busy or colorful and out of focus enough to not compete with our subjects. In order to keep the beautiful gown from getting dirty, they only took a few slow steps with the train down. That's all it took to capture this image.
