What an opportunity to capture an image of both the old and the new at the PCA Los Angeles Porsche Concours d'Elegance, held at the Santa Monica Museum of Flying. The recent model Porsche 911would be impressive enough on its own, but behind it is also a Korean War era Ace Aircraft--the North American, later Rockwell and now Boeing F-86 Saber. This fighter jet was very successful and innovative at the time of its introduction, with a top speed of 675 mph. Just slightly faster than the 911 in front of it ;)
